Meet Our Team

Dr. Ashley Bischoff

Founder & President

Ashley is passionate about living a purpose-driven life. For over 10 years, she’s worked to uplift women and children.

She founded Lighthouse Hope Services, a nonprofit supporting individuals facing domestic abuse. Ashley serves on the board of CFAA (Christian Family Aid Alliance), helping fund adoptions and missions in underserved Jamaican communities. She’s also active with GHN (Global Humanity Network), serving on the fundraising committee and as a mentor focused on improving living conditions in marginalized areas.


Ashley holds a Doctorate of Humane Letters, a Certification in Global Leadership from Mainseed Christina University, and a Master’s in Health Administration. She is a proud Toastmasters member and deeply values her community. Her passions include women's advocacy, mental health, and human empowerment.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, traveling, and being with her daughters, Taylor and Vanessa.

Taylor Bischoff

Vice President

Vice President, Taylor Bischoff is a higher education professional who got her start in the student activities committee at Mercer University during her time there as an undergraduate student.

Taylor’s love of event planning led her to pursue a Master of Education degree at Columbus State University, where she discovered a passion for residence life. She then went on to work at Emory University as a live-in professional in residence life for four years. Taylor currently serves as the coordinator for student staff selection and training for residence life at Georgia Tech. Outside of her career, Taylor enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, playing video games, and being outdoors. She still loves planning a fun event or party, too!

Vanessa Bischoff

Secretary

Vanessa Bischoff is an Atlanta based multimedia artist with a BFA from Columbus State University.

She has been working in the creative arts professionally for 5 years including fields such as painting classes, set design, and photography.

She enjoys spending time with family and trying new things with friends. She and her sister frequently organize events for their local community and are currently running a women’s book club.

Dwayne Watson

Treasurer

Dwayne Watson, Treasurer, is an Atlanta based sales professional, people-focused individual that has primarily been in the consulting space more than 10; driven by a drive to elevate himself and others around him. He is an active member of various communities in the tech space namely a coordinating member of “Afroblock” and community member of “Buckhead Networking” looking for elevation of the black community in tech. He enjoys exercising, gaming, exploring innovation in tech, and enabling individuals to reach higher heights in their journey.
